Reports of the death of DTTX of the famed Mexican rap group "Lighter Shade of Brown," began circulating over the weekend, but according to ODM, the other half of the duo, addressed the rumors.ODM took to Facebook earlier on Saturday (July 16), to tell fans that DTTX is still alive, and he sent a message to his friend, "Hang in there my older younger brother. ‪#StillFighting‬."
A message from the "Lighter Shade of Brown" Facebook page also informed fans of the situation, "Very sad to inform you all that Bobby Ramirez DTTX of Lighter Shade of Brown is currently in a coma in a hospital in Las Vegas from alcohol poisoning. He's been in this coma for 7 days and unfortunately he's gone braindead and would never be the same. He is on life support and he may never regain any real life after the damage that has been done. We will keep you informed as we find out more information. Please pray for Bobby!"
According to multiple reports, the West Coast rapper was found unresponsive on July 7, and he was taken to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas. It was there that Ramirez fell into what is being reported as an "alcoholic coma."
