Eve said the news reports and rumors are wrong when they call her current husband a billionaire.
The female MC recently interviewed with This Is 50 and clarified the misconception about her husband. “He’s not a billionaire. Don’t believe everything you read on the internet. Please Jesus,” said Eve to host Young Jack Thriller. "People keep saying it. People will say, oh you married for [money]. And it’s so not like that. Like my dude is comfortable yes. But I still do my own thing.” Jack joked that marrying someone only because they are a billionaire is not such a bad thing, but Eve disagreed. “It’s a wrong reason to marry somebody if they got a billion dollars and you really don’t love them. That’s the wrong reason. If you love them, and they happen to have a billion dollars then that’s fine,” she continued.
Eve’s husband, Maximillion Cooper, is a British entrepreneur who is worth $50 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth. He and Eve married back in 2014 after four years of dating. Earlier this year, she spoke about how happy she was in her current marriage. “It’s good! It’s really good. It’s fun; we’re driving together for his company Gumball 3000. That’s how I met him. That’s a test for a relationship, drive 300 miles. Trust me; we’ve done it three years in a row,” she said at the Barbershop: The Next Cut premier.
