Eddie Murphy recently stopped by Jimmy Kimmel Live and gave one of the greatest impressions of Tracy Morgan ever.
The veteran comedian was explaining how he called Tracy after his accident that almost killed him and was the first person to make him laugh. Murphy said he “loves” the younger comedian and burst into his very own impression of him when prompted by Kimmel who also did a short impersonation of him. “I went over there he made me franks. Ballpark franks!” said Murphy in Morgan’s voice. “That’s why imma always be cool with Eddie because he made me them franks. And when I was younger they used to call me fat Murphy.”
Eddie went on to explain that Morgan was teased as a kid and called fat Murphy. “He told me when he was younger they used to call him fat Murphy,” said Eddie. Kimmel laughed hysterically before praising Eddie’s impression. “Everybody imitates Tracy Morgan. That’s easily the best Tracy Morgan imitation I’ve ever seen,” he said. Eddie Murphy was promoting his new movie “Mr. Church" on the show.
