50 Cent and Taraji P. Henson are going at it again over “Power” and “Empire.”
The Queens rapper took to social media this week to throw a shot at “Empire’s” premier which had lower ratings than normal. “Wow well look at the bright side at least. You can eat your Trophies. I was talking to old girl but you felt like you had to respond. SMH you I love you cookie I got a new show for you BMF COMING SOON !!! #EFFENVODKA,” wrote 50 Cent.
Taraji didn’t take long to respond to Fif’s comments and took to Instagram to clarify some of the rating information. “‘Empire’ remains the No.1 scripted show on broadcast TV after premiering to a 4.1 rating in adults 18-49 Wednesday. It continues a trend of veteran shows opening well below their premiers last season (a 6.7, in this case, but in line with there they ended (it’s even with the finale),” posted Taraji. She went on to congratulate him for his success with “Power.” For the confused ppl. Do REAL research!! Loose change makes soon much UNNECESSARY NOISE. STILL LOOKING FOR THAT DAMN CENT SIGN!!! I guess it’s obsolete. AGAIN CONGRATS ON YOUR SUCCESS BLACK MAN!!!!” Taraji also created a post to congratulate “Power” star Naturi Naughton.
