Infamous Harlem drug dealer Alberto "Alpo" Martinez, made famous by Cam'Ron in the movie Paid in Full, was released from prison close to three years ago. A photo of him has surfaced online and has reignited interest in the former Harlem drug lord.
Martinez was arrested back in 1991 for murder and conspiracy to commit murder. Facing life in prison or the death sentence, Martinez turned informant and began to testify against members of his drug organization. In exchange for his cooperation, he was sentenced to 35 years in prison.
New reports say that Alpo was released from prison almost three years ago. Interestingly, the ex-drug dealer appears to be posting pictures of himself on social media. A picture of Alpo (seen above), the first of him since he was released from prison, recently surfaced online.
