Vince Staples recently chopped it up with the "Human Serviette," Nardwaur, who surprised Vince with various memorabilia, including an Eastsidaz purple foam finger. The tour merchandise spawned a quote from Vince about who he thinks is the best rapper in his native Long Beach.
Around the 7:00 mark, Vince tells Nardwaur,
“I’mma talk to Snoop about this. If we the Eastsidaz, bro, we can’t throw up the W, bro. That’s backways, bro. I don’t know what you n***as was thinking, bro,” laughed Vince. “But I love Tray Deee. Tray Deee is the best rapper in the history of Long Beach.”
During the conversation, Vince spoke about how Ja Rule and Ashanti's "Always on Time" saved his life, and Malcolm X, which you can hear about in the above clip.
