Adam "Pacman" Jones was approached by members of the media for the first time since his combative arrest at a Cincinnati hotel in January, on Monday, April 17, and he didn't fail to live up to his reputation for losing his cool with the press.
Dayton Daily News reporter Jay Morrison was one of the credentialed attendees of the Bengals' first open interview period of the offseason and proved to be eager for the scoop on how Jones projects he will be received by fans following the ugly Central District incident. Only, Jones had forewarned the room that he would not be addressing any questions related to the arrest. When Morrison made the mistake of bringing Jones back to the topic, he lashed out.
“Didn’t I just tell you to not ask me that? You out. Turn around. Go back, go back that way. Bye. See you. Next question," Jones hollered, before spelling out Morrison's future in the locker room. "That’s his last interview for the year…Don’t come over here no more for the rest of the year,” he concluded.
