Comedian Jo Koy shared his thoughts on rumors that Kanye is bipolar and schizophrenic, as he believes that Kanye is a genius and he's using parts of his brain that others aren't using. Jo went on to reveal that his brother his schizophrenia, and he explained that it would be hard to judge if Kanye truly had issues while just seeing him in the public eye.
