Back in 2013, Snoop Dogg, who was going as Snoop Lion, spoke about his two-year stretch as a pimp. He explained that he grew up idolizing pimps, so he fell into the profession and Snoop says he also ended up falling in love with one of his girls.
It was Snoop's longtime friend Bishop Don "Magic" Juan who persuaded Snoop to leave the life of pimping behind him, which you can hear more about in the above clip.
