A second video from the night Tiger Woods was arrested has been released by the Jupiter, Florida Police Department. In the same vein as the dashcam clip, the new recording shows an off balanced and drowsy looking Woods moving slowly and struggling to complete officers' instructions.
Woods had been taken to the station-house to take a breathalyzer test and complete paperwork on the arrest when surveillance of his holding cell captured the moment an officer begins to engage with him. He is sent to the back wall with his hands still cuffed, and he answers the officer's questions in a low energy voice. Finally, Woods is given the breathalyzer test, which it had been confirmed in the press gave back a 0.00 reading for alcohol.
Woods proved to have had a hard time getting a handle on the breathalyzer, forcing the officer commanding him, to continually ask that he blow and not suck.
