A niece of former Vice-President Joe Biden has pleaded guilty to credit account theft of a New York City drugstore. The troubled niece pleads guilty to grand larceny and petty larceny, with an agreement for 2 years probation provided she pay back what was stolen. Authorities claim that the 29-year-old used a borrowed credit card to open an account at the shop and charge it for a year without the consent of the cardholder.
In 2013 Caroline Biden was charged with hitting a police officer and resisting arrest. Upon receiving treatment, her charges were dropped.
