Seeing how his net worth is currently hovering at around $200 million, it is highly unlikely that such a sale would be a move made out of desperation, but whatever the case may be it looks like Eminem is willing to cut his losses and sell his Michigan mansion off for nearly half of what he bought it for.
E News revealed on Monday, August 14, that the legendary rapper is putting the 17,000 square foot Rochester home on the market for $1.99 million, which rounds out at about 42% of what he moved on in for when he paid $4.75 million to secure it in 2003. The 31-year-old property boasts six acres of land with a private pond surrounded by woods. There are six suite-sized bedrooms and nine and a half bathrooms inside, along with a guest house and guard house out back. Aside from such leisurely indoor features as an entertainment cabana and a game room, there are tennis courts and a waterfall pool with spa outside.
There has been no word as to whether the rapper plans on purchasing another home in Michigan or if he is choosing this time to leave his home state in the past.
