NBA players getting tattoos of icons is nothing new. Kevin Durant has gotten tattoos of 2Pac and Rick James. JR Smith has a Young Money logo tattooed on his neck. Matt Barnes has tats of 2Pac, Biggie, Bob Marley, Michael Jackson. John Wall of the Washington Wizards is now the latest professional basketball player to join the fray with a huge Aaliyah tattoo on his leg. John chose a famous image of Aaliyah in her "#19 Brick Layers" jersey from an MTV "Rock N Jock" special.
