Rapper Tay-K's trouble with the law just keeps getting worse. Tay-K, who is currently in a Tarrant County Jail, is facing a second capital murder charge for a killing in San Antonio. Tay-K is accused of the committing the crime while on the run and was placed on house arrest for his role in a deadly home invasion robbery in July 2016. Authorities have not released any information on the second capital murder case but revealed the murder occurred in Bexar County and the charge now appears on Tay-K’s inmate report.
Tay-K has yet to be officially charged in that case, but face a possible death penalty for the charge.The “The Race” rapper has been certified to stand trial as an adult on charges of capital murder and aggravated robbery. Tay-K’s first capital murder charge stems from the July 26, 2016, home invasion robbery and murder of Ethan Walker in Mansfield, TX. He was one of seven people charged in connection with the robbery and killing.
