Kodak Black has been indicted on first-degree criminal sexual conduct charges by a Florence County grand, according to Twelfth Circuit Solicitor Ed Clements.
The assault is reported to have taken place in February while Kodak was in Florence to perform at the Treasure City nightclub. Then 20, the rapper is accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl who reported the incident to her school nurse. The assault is said to have taken place at the Comfort Inn and Suites in the same county. The school nurse reported it to the attorneys who detained Kodak, before releasing him in December on a $100K bond.
As a condition of his bond Kodak cannot comment on the allegations made against him or his bond order will be revoked. As of yet, no trial date has been stated.
