Trippie Redd and XXXTentacion have a noted friendship. The two hot rappers have showcased their friendship on social media but during a recent interview with Montreality, Trippie Redd expounded on how close he and XXX truly are (6:49 mark). He spoke about when the two met when he [Trippie Redd] had a few shows in Miami and Orlando. Before actually getting to Miami he said XXXTentacion reached out and they performed together. Trippie Redd said after that they've been really close and he considers XXXTentacion his best friend.
But for Trippie Redd's best friend, the music industry seems to be frustrating XXXTentacion who recently took to Instagram to let fans know that he's done making music. "Sad to announce I will not be making or releasing any music, I am tired of being mentally abused for trying to help people, I'm tired of the hate, I'm done." This after stating that he was backing out of his Capitol Music Group contract and that he would be deleting all of his music off of SoundCloud.
