Another video that appears to show Malia Obama in a controversial light got out to the media on Thursday, November 23, and judging by the looks of it; it seems she's been hitting more than the books during her first semester at Harvard.
Only days ago images showing Malia Obama smoking and kissing up on one of her peers at a Harvard vs. Yale football game went trending on account of TMZ. Now a recording that shows someone who resembles the 19-year-old former First Daughter blowing smoke rings before a bathroom mirror has been making rounds, courtesy of Barstool Sports. There has been no confirmation as to whether it was cigarette or marijuana smoke being blown in the video, but rumors of Malia getting high have followed her since images of her smoking a joint surfaced during last year's Lollapalooza music festival.
The apple wouldn't fall far from the tree if Malia indeed has started off her college years by experimenting with recreational drug use. There are several iconic images of a young fedora wearing Obama smoking, and his own experience with drugs is documented in his memoir Dreams from My Father: A Story of Race and Inheritance. "I had learned not to care. I blew a few smoke rings, remembering those years. Pot had helped, and booze; maybe a little blow when you could afford it," one of the book's passages reads.
