Waka Flocka's mom, famed music manager Deb Antney, called out Bow Wow on Thursday, November 30, claiming that he skipped out on an appearance with kids.
Deb said that Bow Wow claimed that he had to get a shot to go into Canada, which she said she had never heard of. She went on to scold the rapper/actor for promising that he could make it and then flaking out on the kids.
