Previously, it was reported that XXXTentacion was locked up and denied bail after he violated the terms of his bond. Because of that, he faced seven new felonies. Now, prosecutors added eight more felony charges, and all of them involve witness tampering.
The new set of charges stem from many phone calls the rapper made behind bars, which was picked up and used as evidence against him. Because of his phone calls, he was hit with eight new felonies related to witness tampering.
The latest issues with X have gotten his phone privileges taken away via a Judge's order as a result. The new charges brought his total to 15 felonies he is facing. The rapper is still currently being held without bail.
