TMZ reports that XXXTentacion, whose real name is Jahseh Onfroy, will be released from jail. Last week, the rapper was locked up due to multiple felony charges. Apparently, he will be under house arrest for the next two months.
XXXTentacion was recently hit with 15 new felony charges. First, he had 7 charges related to witness tampering. Then prosecutors added an additional 8 charges. On Dec. 18, TMZ also reported that he was being held without bail and no longer has phone privileges.
According to the NY Daily News, the rapper allegedly brutalized his ex-girlfriend, then persuaded her to drop her case against him.
