Coast Guard Finds Sea Turtle with $53M Worth of Cocaine

According to TMZ, a sea turtle got caught up in a $53M cocaine shipment discovered by the United States Coast Guard.

The shipment was found in the Eastern Pacific, and totaled out to over 1800 pounds. The issue for the turtle came when it was discovered that the animal was caught up in the line holding the gray blocks of cocaine together in the sea.

From there, the turtle was rescued after a Coast Guardsman cut over 75 feet of line off of the animal. After that, the turtle was released back into the ocean with only a few scratches.
