The doctor doesn't appear to be in. According to the New York Daily News, Dr. Phil is accused of feeding his guests drugs and alcohol. Those guests were struggling with addiction drugs and alcohol.

One former guest, Todd Herzog, who also won "Survivor: China," stepped forward, saying that he was battling with alcohol addiction when he appeared on Dr. Phil's show in 2013. Herzog said he found a bottle of vodka in his dressing room and downed it. He also claimed a staff member offered him a Xanax to calm his nerves. By the time he got on stage, he looked like he was drunk and couldn't walk, which you can see in the above clip. Herzog took a breathalyzer test and blew .263-- more than 3 times the legal limit.

Herzog isn't the only one to make such a claim. Another unnamed woman says a show employee told her to buy heroin for her niece who was trying to detox.

One of Dr. Phil's reps is addressing the claims. Martin Greenberg is a psychologist who works as the show's director of personal affairs. He says the accusations are untrue. He also added, "Dr. McGraw has a very strong sense of trying to exploit people." Dr. Phil himself has declined to comment. CBS has not yet responded to requests for comment from the Daily News.
