Oprah's best friend Gayle King clears up any speculation behind a presidential run. Gale says Oprah is intrigued by everyone's excitement, however, it doesn't look like the media mogul has any plans to run in 2020. “I don’t think she’s actively considering it at this time,” said King.
Also, back in March when people thought Oprah was considering a presidential run, Gayle told the public that her best friend was only joking.
Previously it was reported that Oprah's long-time partner Stedman said that she might run for president. "It's up to the people. She would absolutely do it," Stedman expressed. But it turns out he actually misunderstood the question. According to Bloomberg News, he thought the reporter asked ‘Would she make a good president?’"
