Recently, news surfaced that Too Short was being sued by a woman named Teana Louis for alleged sexual battery. Louis noted that she and Short worked on music together, but the rapper eventually made advances towards her that were inappropriate. Along with that, she said the rapper sexually assaulted her numerous times.

Now, a video surfaced showing Too Short speaking out against the claims made by Louis. The rapper spoke with TMZ and aired out all of his thoughts. Short said “The way I feel man, this is blatant, outright extortion. I'm being extorted. It's not a criminal case; it's something that stems from over a year ago. It's a lie man. It could only be extortion. It's not anything else."

Short noted he feels Louis is suing him because things didn’t work out at the time when he wanted to sign her. From there, Short spoke on the #MeToo movement as well. He said “I'm pretty sure these women are telling the God's honest truth, but there's a few out there who are trying to do the money grab. I just feel like if those of you out there are lying, you're messing up the movement for everybody else. So you know, it doesn't make sense."

In response to the suit, Too Short plans on countersuing Louis for slander, and also has plans to get a restraining order against the woman. Watch above.
