Before the rise of Rae Sremmurd, a lot of people doubted the impact that the group would have on the culture. With their initial album SremmLife going platinum and their sophomore album SremmLife II having great success under Mike-Will-Made-It's Ear Drummers record imprint, both Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi have become household names for hits like 'No Type' and 'Black Beatles'.
With their third album in the works, solo projects, and Swae Lee's uncanny writing ability he's indulging in the fruits of his labor as he not only owns one monkey but two. Michael Jackson is probably to blame for celebrities' obsession with purchasing semi-domesticated primates which have to be one of hardest flexes today.
Owning two monkeys was enough for Swae Lee, who's written for musical A-list artists like Katy Perry and Beyonce. He also had to make sure his youngest monkey's apparel game was on swole as well by dressing the monkey in a white knitted GUCCI sweater labeling his pet 'the coolest monkey in the jungle.'
Swae Lee's GUCCI fresh monkey has to put some pressure on French Montana and Justin Bieber who are both avid monkey owners as well to step their primate pals' clothing game up. We'll see who's next to flex on the Gram with their exotic pets.
