Eagles center Jason Kelce gave a couple of moving interviews after helping Philadelphia to a 41-33 victory over the New England Patriots in Super Bowl LII on Sunday night, February 4.

Soon after the fourth quarter clock ran out, Kelce was approached by reporters in the middle of the field at Minneapolis' U.S. Bank Stadium, and he hit them off with a quote from Rocky Balboa. But the real tear jerker came off of the field - when the All-Pro star later recalled a Calvin Coolidge quote that his grandfather told him when he was 18-years-old.

"Last two weeks, after we beat Atlanta, after we [beat the Vikings], I found myself in the shower crying, dreaming of this moment. You work so hard your whole life to get here everything culminates," said Kelce, before sharing about where he was in his life as an 18-year-old who was denied a scholarship when his grandfather told him Coolidge's words about persistence. "My father and mother told me to stay after my dream. And I've officially accomplished the best thing in this sport with a group of guys who mean the world to me," he said.

Kelce then went on to share about all of the adversity the Eagles have had to overcome with the loss of future Hall of Fame left tackle Jason Peters and franchise QB, Carson Wentz. As the player positioned directly in front of the quarterback - and tasked with snapping him the ball and blocking for him - Kelce did well in protecting fill-in play-caller Nick Foles, who completed 28 of 43 attempts for 373 yards and three touchdowns. Foles wasn't sacked one time during the game.
