Thanks to his possession of an incomparable piece of bling, Robert Kraft stole the moment to briefly became the center of attention during Saturday night's (February 17) NBA All-Star Game festivities.

Seated court-side beside Kraft at the Staples Center was one of the funniest men one could ever wish to take in a game with--Tracy Morgan. While he may not have had his neck laced up in ice like some of the other celebrities on hand did, Morgan showed out in his own right with a chunky four-finger gold ring bearing his name.

The piece was apparently tight enough to draw notice from former hooper Nate Robinson. But in having rubbed elbows with Kraft, the actor/comedian knew he couldn't allow Robinson to skate without first referring him to the NFL honcho one seat over if he wanted to see some real impressive jewels.

Kraft owns the rings for Super Bowls XXXVI, XXXVIII, XLIX, and LI, although the Pats have won five titles under his ownership. He often tells the story of how his ring for Super Bowl XXXIX got away from him.

After New England defeated the Philadelphia Eagles their first go-around in 2005, he headed off to Russia on a business trip, during which he had the opportunity to meet President Vladimir Putin. As soon as Putin got a glimpse of the stunning ring he couldn't take his eyes off of it. Kraft playfully allowed the Russian leader to try it on, and as the story goes, he simply never gave it back.

By the look of things, Kraft no longer keeps his coveted finger trophies perfectly visible. As soon as Morgan pointed over to him, he removed the ring from his pants and handed it over to Robinson. After receiving compliments on its luster, he dropped it back in his pocket.
