Black Panther has been dominating the box office and breaking records, and while fans have praised the movie's storyline, some have pointed out similarities to The Lion King. There's even an entire Reddit thread dedicated to fans pointing out scenes in Black Panther that look like the 1994 Disney classic.
Some of the scenes include T'Challa traveling back to the ancestral plane, which many thought looked similar to Rafiki's ancient tree. The fight scene between T'Challa and Killmonger has also been likened to the final fight scene in The Lion King between Simba and Scar.
