Spice 1 is an underground king in his own right and has been relevant in the hip-hop community for decades now and shows no signs of slowing up. Throughout his illustrious rap career, he's cranked out hood hits like "Strap On The Side," "187 Pure," and "Welcome To The Ghetto." To this very day, Spice 1 can tour internationally and will forever be respected as a west coast gangsta rap lord.
Unfortunately, Spice 1 doesn't like the direction that hip-hop has gone in recent years and took to his Instagram account to let the world know how he feels about the state of hip-hop. In a clip posted to social media, Dr. Bomb from da Bay states the following:
"Ten million copies of gangsta s***! [...] We don't put that funny a**, fake a**, b**** a**, f***** a**, s*** out n****! We put out gangsta mu'f***in' s***! Thug World Music Group, n****!"
Spice then goes on to go in on radio hit rappers, take shots at "fake rappers," informs the masses on his diamond status, and let it be known not to try him in the streets. What's more interesting is that he hashtagged both Lil Uzi Vert and Trippie Red in his post as well.
There's no confirmation on whether or not he's taking shots at either one of those artists directly but, it's clear he's not feeling this new generation's version of hip-hop music. Drop your thoughts on the clip in the comments.
