One can only imagine how busy Tekashi 6ix9ine has been in trying to keep the charting singles from his Day69 album in rotation while maintaining a consistent social media presence. Then there is the pressure of providing for his family and making sure his team eats. For a 21-year-old coming into new money, it can be enough to make him lose it.
Although 6ix9ine hasn't quite yet lost his mind, he did recently come to realize that a particularly valuable piece was missing. As the Brooklyn rapper was headed home from a stop in Houston he wound up leaving the famous menacing Jigsaw chain that he got from Johnny's Custom Jewelry in the back of an Uber. It was no small loss for Tekashi, who strongly identifies with the piece. Thus, he felt compelled to put out a PSA for anyone who may have come gained possession of it, fearing that at worst, it could wind up with someone who may try to extort him or slander his name.
"It's kind of a f**king headache right now. I left my Jigsaw chain, my Saw chain, in an Uber - and I just realized right now that I left it in the back seat," 6ix9ine said in a video that he posted to Instagram. "It's just that that chain means so much to me, and I guess that I wasn't paying mind to it. But, um, if it lands in the wrong hands you already know what type of s**t is gonna go on."
