Lil Pump is known for his love of drugs, lean being the foremost example. Recently, J. Cole dropped KOD, an album that addresses addiction to drugs of all kinds, including lean, marijuana, and alcohol. The album is a masterpiece where Cole mocks and mimics several of today's young up and comers by emulating their flows and poking holes in their theories. Many fans of Cole and Lil Pump himself have speculated that Cole took subliminal shots at the "Gucci Gang" rapper on the song “1985 (Intro to ‘The Fall Off’).”

Just remember what I told you when your shit flop / In five years you gon’ be on ‘Love & Hip Hop,'" raps Cole in what many believe to be a shot at Pump. Pump then took to social media to respond, stating, "You get so much props. You dissed a 17-year-old. Lame ass jit.”

Now Pump is doubling down his fight against the "anti-drug" wave that is being championed by rappers like Cole and Russ. In a social media post, Pump states, "I kick my grandpa in the neck before I kick the cup." It looks like the anti-drug rappers and the drug-fueled rappers are coming to a head in hip-hop culture.
