Following his appearance before the judge who denied him bond last week, Ralo plead not guilty to the array of drug trafficking charges he is facing, at his second hearing in court early Wednesday, May 2.
"Terrell Davis aka 'Ralo' along with all defendants officially entered a plea of not guilty at arraignment hearing," 11Alive News Atlanta reporter, Neima Abdulahi tweeted moments after the Famerica rapper entered the plea.
Ralo's team will now prepare for trial in a case involving his alleged involvement in what prosecutors say was a large-scale operation to fly marijuana into Georgia from California, with the intent to sell. Ralo was reportedly busted at DeKalb-Peachtree Airport with a plane loaded with the narcotic back in December and once again last month. In total, he was caught with as much as 964 pounds of marijuana valued at $2 million, according to reports.
Ralo is facing four federal counts of possession with intent to distribute marijuana. Earlier this week it was reported that the court will likely look to seize properties ranging from his apartment complex and nearly half dozen other real estate holdings in addition to his nine sports and luxury cars should he be convicted.
