After being indicted on federal weapons charges, Harlem hip-hop legend Juelz Santana has requested permission to leave New Jersey in order to make money to support his family. Juelz is currently out on $500K bail and as part of his bond agreement he has to wear an ankle monitor and is not allowed to leave his mother's home.
However, on May 4th, Juelz' attorneys drafted a letter to the judge presiding over the case to grant Santana, real name LaRon James, permission to tour leading up to his impending trial. He is currently seeking permission to perform at the upcoming Rolling Loud festival in Miami but according to reports, the US Attorney assigned to the case may not be "inclined" to cut Juelz any slack.
