Viral Dr. Phil show guest-turned-Billboard Music Awards nominee Danielle Bregoli (Bhad Bhabie) face-timed DJ Akademiks on Monday (May 14) to clear the air about Tekashi 6ix9ine's claim that she once hooked up with Trippie Redd.
During their chat, Bregoli conceded that the Canton rapper may have put the moves on her one year ago, but that there was nothing serious or illegal about the tryst.
"There might have been something. I'm gonna make this... I mean, I could just tell you. There may have been something briefly, but sex was never, ever, ever... It wasn't offered, it wasn't asked for, and it wasn't given because it wasn't asked for. So, I wanna make that as clear as possible ... Me and Trippie Redd never had sex, ever," the former 'catch me outside' girl told Akademiks. "We kissed but it wasn't that serious. And he was 17 at the time," she said.
While attempting to dismiss 6ix9ine's allegations during an earlier stream, Trippie stopped short of detailing any sort of intimacy taking place between him and Bregoli. But he did suggest that if something had indeed happened, it would've happened after A Love Letter to You came out in 2017. Trippie asserted that the timeline stands as proof that he was a minor just like she was at the time, seeing that the project dropped on May 26 - three weeks prior to his 18th birthday on the 18th of June.
