Policebadassery is an Instagram page that showcases some of the most hilarious and insane videos captured by police officers, or pertaining to law enforcement. While some videos make you jump in your seat with anxiety, once recent clip will have you scratching your head in confusion.
The body cam of one police officer shows a Caucasian male looking down at a citation. He is leaning up against the passenger side window of a police SUV, with his partner sitting in the driver seat. The conversation between them is abruptly cut short when the officers noticed a car driving down the wrong side of the road. "What the hell is this guy doing?" asks the officer to nobody in particular. He jumps out of the way just in time as the car slams into the vehicle he was leaning against at full speed.
After a second of shock, the officer runs over to his partner in the car and asks if he's alright. A civilian also approaches the scene and asks if the officer is alright. Once it's verified that the officer in the SUV is okay, the officer with the body cam calls a dispatcher. The officer then moves on to the blue sedan that crashed into the police vehicle and asks the driver if they're alright. "He's going into shock" states the civilian before the police officer notices it as well. "The at-fault vehicle is convulsing," exclaims the officer to dispatch, as he requests medical assistance.
