With a legacy so high there's no reason to think stories about such an iconic rapper would ever die down. Especially with living, breathing figures who were there for all the behind-the-scenes moments fans would never get to see.
Thanks to a sit down with Murder Master Music Show, Gary Ballen got the platform he needed to talk about Eazy-E and Suge Knight's ongoing battle.
The former stage and production manager for the gang and cousin of ex-manager Jerry Heller spoke on E's relationship with their head of security and the rapper's possible attempt of him taking care of Knight.
“The first time I ever saw Mike Klein, it was a picture of him holding up two severed heads. He was one of those crazy Israeli army guys...Him and Eazy got to be real close because Eazy liked that Rambo mentality and Klein was an expert at everything whether it was karate, fighting or anything."
This doesn't come as a surprise, given Eazy had a reputation for standing his ground regardless of his small stature.
Ballen also shared about times Klein allegedly threatened Suge. There were several times the former soldier made promises to bring a violent end to the Death Row CEO.
"The first thing I heard was he told Suge if he ever comes back, he would chop him up and put him in dumpsters all over the city. And the second thing I heard was he told Suge if he ever comes to the office uninvited again, he would leave in a box.”
Listen to Gary Ballen divulge on his opinion about Eazy-E's wife and their unexpected marriage, his "shady" death, and things left out of the Straight Out of Compton movie here.
