21 Savage had some fans scratching their heads after he uploaded a video on Instagram with a filter that made him look like a cat drinking milk from teets. In order to make it clear that he was not one to be messed with, he captioned the video, "savage love titie milk (don’t let this distract you from the fact i’ll smoke you)."
