Pusha T's third studio album has finally come upon the hip-hop populous, and aside from his usual bar raising bars, it looks like he's brought the beef with Birdman's camp back with him.
This time around, the G.O.O.D. Music president has zeroed in on Drake via the Daytona track, "Infrared," which he claims to have had the rationale to set off seeing how the OVO boss had a lot to say the last time it was Push time.
"I feel like the Drake thing, more recently, was just about the, uh, 'Two Birds, One Stone' record. A lot of the talk about the record, or whatever the case may be," Push told the Ebro In The Morning audience during a swing through Hot 97 on Thursday, May 24.
Laura Stylez had inquired into how Drizzy wound up getting pulled into what was initially a long-standing quarrel between him and Lil Wayne - and Kanye's comrade was glad to oblige her curiosity. "Questioning my validity to the streets and so on and so forth within that verse. And, you know, it's fine. That's what it was. But, you know, if we're going to question things, now it's my turn to question," he replied.
There has been a lot of buzz surrounding one particular line in the verse that got leaked via a clip from Pusha's listening party for the album. “Your hooks did it, the lyrics pennin' equals to Trump's winning'/ the bigger question is how the Russians did it, it was written like Nas but it came from Quentin."
