The OG 'Chicago' colorway of the OFF-WHITE x Air Jordan I is probably the most sought-after silhouette of the entire OFF-WHITE x Nike 'The Ten' Collection and now Virgil Abloh and the Swoosh are preparing to drop the next colorway inspired by Mike's collegiate alma mater, the University of North Carolina. The 'UNC' rendering of the OFF-WHITE x Air Jordan I originally dropped via the Nike SNKRS app and now, the athletic apparel company will be dropping the kicks worldwide at select Nike/Jordan Brand retailers.
The 'UNC' OFF-WHITE x Air Jordan I takes on the deconstructed aesthetic of Abloh's inspiration and features a white nylon/foam base complete with suede and leather paneling. 'University Blue' detailing hits the forefoot, Nike branding, heel panel and ankle collar. A misplaced tongue patch hits the lateral side of the tongue while "Everything In Quotes" detailing hits the medial side panel of the silhouette and midsole. Of course, the red zip tie and orange tabs are incorporated into the sneaker as well.
Come June 19th, the OFF-WHITE x Air Jordan I 'UNC' will be available via all Nike online platforms and select retailers for a retail price tag of $190. With that said, who's coppin'? Let us know in the comments.
