It wasn't long after his release from the hospital that quadruple shooting survivor, Yungeen Ace, was taken into police custody and booked on a probation violation charge.

Yungeen has been under the thumb of the law since a Clay County judge hit him with 31 months of Drug Offender Probation for pleading no contest to "accessory after the fact"' in October. With police having recovered a firearm from the vehicle he was shot in on Town Center Parkway earlier this week, the Florida rapper was determined to be out of integrity with the terms of his sentence.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office reports that it has received hundreds of angry phone calls from the public over a social media post that accused deputies of arresting Yungeen while he was still being treated for the multiple bullet wounds he sustained in a shooting that recently took the lives of his brother and two friends. In an effort to clear the air of any outrage, the office would take to Facebook to confirm that Yungeen had already checked himself out when he was processed.

According to the JSO, Yungeen was actually detained while reporting to state probation at around 6:30 p.m. on Friday night, June 9.
