Pusha T's diss track aimed at Drake entitled "The Story of Adidon" captivated the entertainment world for a host of reasons but one element of the track, in particular, garnered the most attention. Pusha revealed Drake fathered a child that he'd been keeping out of the public eye and spoiled the planned announcement in the process.
Nevertheless, Drake still chose to address the rumors on his latest album Scorpion, on tracks like "Emotionless" where he says, “I wasn’t hiding my kid from the world, I was hiding the world from my kid.” He also mentions his son on the album's closing track "March 14th":
"I had to come to terms with the fact that it’s not a maybe/That sh** is in stone, sealed and signed/ She's not my lover like Billie Jean, but the kid is mine."
Drake also speaks to some of the difficulties he's faced since entering fatherhood:
"I'm out here on frontlines just trying to make sure I see him sometimes / It's breaking my spirit / 'Single father' I hate when I hear it / I challenged my parents on every album, now I'm embarrassed to tell them I'm a co-parent / Always promised a family unit / I wanted it to be different because I've been through it."
Needless to say, the deep-seated issues that Pusha T brought to the fore are being addressed by Drake, reluctantly or otherwise.
