According to a video that surfaced on Instagram from August 2, Chicago police allegedly parked a truck in a black neighborhood. The truck was filled up with Nike boxes and police left the truck open. From there, some kids reportedly saw the truck opened and hopped in. From there, the police allegedly jumped out and arrested them.
