Update: A warrant has been issued by NYPD for the arrest of Casanova 2X for the alleged attack against Niya Rucker.

According to a report from PIX11, a woman named Niya Rucker is alleging that Casanova along with his entourage attacked her while she was eating at a diner they were present in.
Rucker was in the Good Stuff Diner on 14th Street in New York while Casanova and his group of people were reportedly there. Rucker says that after her waitress brought the meal over to her, she wanted to display the meal to all the people watching her on Instagram live. However, Casanova allegedly thought the woman was trying to put him in the Instagram video, which led to an attack according to Rucker.
The woman says she was put in a chokehold by one of the entourage members, then being dragged out of the booth she was in. Rucker says Casanova allegedly grabbed her arm and her phone, then deleted the post.
Rucker described the aftermath of the alleged attack to the news, saying “This this is embarrassing, I haven’t eaten food in THREE days. And it's more than just the physical pain.” Rucker says she has a broken jaw, stitches in her face, and a tooth that was knocked loose as a result of the scenario.
