It seems as if the cops were generous while arresting one man, as they let him take a puff of his weed before hauling him off to jail.
In the video, undercover cops can be seen taking two men in handcuffs to their squad car. Before taking one man to the vehicle, the suspect was allowed to take a hit of his weed via the help of one of his homies recording the whole scenario.
