Two North Carolina women were arrested after a Snapchat video showed them giving blunts to three young kids to smoke on.
Michaela Pearson, 21, and Candice Little, 18, were arrested by Winston-Salem Police and held on charges of child abuse and contributing to the delinquency of minors. The children, aged 18 months, 2 and 3, were admitted to a local hospital and remain there for observation.
