A Colombian man named Eric Ramirez took it upon himself to cut off his nose so that his face could look like a skull.
According to the 22-year-old who goes by the name ‘Kalaca Skull,’ his obsession with skulls as a kid was heightened after the passing of his mother, which led him to decide to make his face look like a skull. Along with altering his face to look like a skull, Ramirez got his tongue split in half and tattooed blue. He also had black circles inked around his eyes and teeth tattooed across his mouth.
