There has been much chatter concerning this forthcoming free agency class in the NBA. Marquee players like Kevin Durant, Jimmy Butler, Kawhi Leonard, Klay Thompson, and Kyrie Irving. While much speculation has swirled around the league about where each of these players will land, Irving has stepped out and given Celtics fans a bode of confidence about remaining with the team.
Irving told a crowd of Celtics fans during a fan-fest event hosted at TD Garden, “If you guys will have me, I plan on re-signing here."
