Original 11/13/2018:
Rob Kardashian filed paperwork to ask a judge to lower his $20,000 a month child support payments to Blac Chyna for their 2-year-old daughter, Dream. Kardashian claims that he's not bringing in the money he used to after Blac Chyna filed a domestic abuse restraining order, claiming he abused her during their relationship.
He stated in the documents, "I have not participated in the filming of any [Keeping Up with the Kardashians] episodes since this summer when [Chyna] filed a request for a restraining order against me. Her request was widely publicized and I was scrutinized by the media."
Rob added, "It has been an extraordinarily difficult time for me emotionally and I have no desire to continue participating in the reality show. I would like to maintain my privacy, try to recover from the emotional damage of the past several months, and explore other business ventures."
Rob was offered a minimum $1 million for appearing in episodes of the show, but was only paid $50,000 per episode for appearing in only the scenes he filmed. Rob added that his monthly income went from $100,000 a month to less than $10,000. He pointed out that Chyna has benefitted from the situation by appearing "in the press and on social media to discuss both cases at every opportunity." Rob also added that he should collect $2,864 from Chyna for his 50/50 custody of Dream since she's now bringing in more than him.
Blac Chyna and Rob are scheduled to meet with the judge in December to sort out the situation and come to a decision.
