Fitchburg State University basketball player Kewan Platt made sports headlines after his dirty play at the end of their loss to Nichols College. The Division III contest saw Nichols College guard Nate Tenaglia knock down a late 3-pointer before Platt cracked him in the face with an elbow.
As a result of the play, Platt has been suspended indefinitely while also being banned from Fitchburg's campus.
