Tamala Jones spoke to VladTV about growing up in the L.A. area and going to school with Lark Vorhees, who played Lisa Turtle on Saved By the Bell, and Jaleel White, who played Steve Urkel on Family Matters. Tamala revealed that she was inspired to get into acting after seeing both Lark and Jaleel pursuing something they loved but also living a normal life.
During the conversation, Tamala spoke about getting into acting through modeling and later being in acting class with Seth Green, Brittany Murphy, and Jamie Presley.
